Oh Hey - We're back - a month late, but who's paying attention. Only me, just me - I'm the only one who knew my plan was to relaunch season 4 last month. But here we are 1 month out - yup just me. Episode 1 - Season 4 is my 50th birthday musings. I talk about giving less Fucks - and when we decide it's true. Access to all the information we now have readily at our fingertips and not forming attachments to them. What is success? Breaking up with my family before it was "en-vogue" and so much more. A quick 15 minute episode to celebrate turning 50, becoming and well - season 4! Let's GO!

From losing her dad, to her whole identity through a divorce that rocked her Soul - Jen takes us on the journey of healing her relationship to self, her past, her mom (seeing her in a whole new way) and love.

Vicky Noufal is by far one of the most inspiring and influential women I've had the privilege to know from a far in my local community. Her story touched my family long before we met and her continual ability to inspire through sharing her unfiltered raw story is by far one of my most favorite things to see. 

 

I was honored to sit with Vicki as she told her love story and how it continues to shape the way she works, lives, mom's and loves.  I hope you too will find inspiration in her words.

We settle in to talk about the world of yoga, the evolution of us. We talk about the uncomfortable process of stepping into the yoga studio, intimacy when you grew up in Syracuse NY and literally just were trying to survive.
